About Phelina

Phelina sells premium Eau de Parfum and combo packs through phelina.in (and related channels). Product details, prices, and offers shown on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated without prior notice.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Accepted methods include UPI, cards, and other options enabled through our payment partner at checkout.

You must provide accurate name, phone, email, and shipping details. Phelina is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping & delivery

We dispatch orders across India. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 days from order confirmation, depending on your location and courier conditions. Maximum expected delivery time is 15 days unless extraordinary circumstances apply (natural events, courier disruptions, or incorrect address).

Free shipping may apply on eligible orders as shown on the site (currently orders above ₹999). Otherwise, a shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Product use

Fragrances are for personal use as described on each product page. Patch-test if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not liable for allergic reactions arising from individual sensitivities.

Intellectual property

All brand names, logos, imagery, and content on this website belong to Phelina or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phelina’s liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or purchase of Phelina products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
